Welcome back for our December Book Club Discussion! This month we chose to read the book The 5 Love Languages of Children by Gary Chapman.
Today, we will share the insights we gained from this useful parenting book. Also, we hope that as you head into the Christmas season, knowing your children’s love languages can help you show love at Christmas time in the way they need.
This book is written by a psychologist for children who understands the differing emotional needs of children based on their primary love language. The five love languages are: physical touch, words of affirmation, quality time, gifts and acts of service.
Not only does the book explain what these love languages look like but it also provides a plethora of ideas on how you can communicate love in each language.
What are your key takeaways? We’d love to learn your thoughts. Join us on our MotherHeart Circle Facebook group and engage in the discussion!
We believe in you. We love you. Thank you for being you!
